Full Offer Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is valid with the purchase of any complete set of SRP or SRP Professional pistons. Purchase must be made between 12/1/2009 and 5/31/2010.
2. The $50 cash rebate is valid only for 8 cylinder set purchases. The $35 cash rebate is valid only on 4 cylinder set purchases. Individual pistons and/or less than set quantitiy orders are not eligible for this rebate.
3. To redeem either rebate you must complete the following proceedure:
   1. Fill out the rebate submission form completely (available online at www.srp.com/rebate and in print ads).
   2. Mail in the following materials to the address listed on the rebate form:
   
   
   • Completed copy of rebate submission form
   • A copy of purchase receipt from an authorized JE/SRP dealer or distributor (packing slips not accepted). Call to locate an authorized dealer/distributor.
   • 4"x 5" original barcoded label from product packaging for pistons purchased. The 4"x 5" barcode can be found on the outside of the product packaging. The label will always be located on one end of the original SRP product box with the part number and job number. Mail in all of the above requirements to the address provided. Redemption requests must be postmarked on or before 7/31/2010 and received by 8/15/2010.


4. Offer is void where prohibited, taxed or restricted by law.
5. SRP Pistons cannot be returned once this original offer submission form has been submitted.
6. SRP Pistons is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated, misdirected or postage due mail. Illegible or incomplete forms will be considered invalid and ineligible for offer.
7. Photocopies or mechanical reproductions of the 4" x 5" barcodes from product packaging will not be accepted.
8. This offer may not be combined with any other promotional offers, rebates, coupons or discounts.
9. Fraudulent submissions could result in prosecution under U.S. Mail Fraud Statute (18 USC Section 1241-1242).
10. This form has no cash value. Reproduction, purchase, sale or trade of 4" x 5" barcodes from product packaging is prohibited.
11. Materials received become the property of JE Pistons and cannot be returned.
12. JE/SRP Pistons reserves the right to modify or withdraw this promotion at any time, without any prior notice. Please make a copy of all materials submitted.
