SRP Professional Piston Kits now include high performance skirt coating!
SRP Professional Piston Kits now includes piston skirt coating at no extra charge! Every SRP Professional piston kit already includes several features used in top level professional racing engines such as a lightweight forged side relief (FSR) forgings, high quality wrist pins, and precision CNC machined ring grooves. In addition to the advanced piston design, every SRP Professional piston kit includes a high performance JE Pro Seal Ring set. The included ring set utilizes a 1.2mm steel LS7-style top ring, a 1.5mm Napier (hooked face) second ring and 3.0mm oil ring. The SRP Professional ring package is far superior to the "cheap" ringset included with other piston kits and can provide up to 60% less wear. SRP Professional pistons and rings are compatible with nitrous and forced induction and have been dyno proven to provide up to a 12 horsepower gain and 20% weight savings over other aftermarket forged pistons! |

New lightweight "FSR" Pistons for 410 Sprint Car and Dirt Late Model engines
After a year of design and on-track testing, JE Pistons has released the latest in piston technology for 410 cubic inch Sprint Car and Dirt Late Model engines! These new pistons are the only parts available that are specifically designed for today's 900hp+ engines. The key to the new design is an all-new "FSR" forging that is strong, durable and lightweight. This "perfect design" was accomplished by performing extensive Finite Element Analysis and "real-world" testing on the track. During testing, JE Pistons' Engineers were able to make several critical adjustments to the piston skirt design and remove all unnecessary weight from the piston. As a result, the new pistons are up to 35 grams lighter when compared to other "FSR" pistons without sacrificing durability.

Lightweight "FSR" Pistons for Porsche engines
JE Pistons has just released new lightweight "FSR" pistons for Porsche 911 engines. After a year of development and on-track testing, the new Porsche pistons have proven to be extremely durable and up to 30 grams lighter than previous designs. The all-new forging design features narrow skirts for reduced friction, external bracing for improved strength and a 2.250" wrist pin length to reduce overall weight. The pistons are currently available by custom order in bore sizes from 95.00 - 100.50mm and a variety of compression ratios. |

Lightweight "FSR" Pistons for Suzuki Hayabusa and Kawasaki ZX-14
JE Pistons has just released a brand new line of lightweight, high performance forged piston kits for the Suzuki GSX1300R and GSX1340R Hayabusa. The new piston kits feature a new internally braced forged side relief (FSR) forging that is both lighter and stronger than a traditional "full round" equivalent and utilizes a smaller skirt area to help reduce friction and increase horsepower. Perfect for high RPM, normally aspirated applications, these off-the-shelf kits are available in bore sizes of 83mm-85mm and 13.5:1 and 14.5:1 compression ratios. All kits include premium wrist pins, wire locks and JE Pro Seal Piston Rings. Custom configurations are also available.

JE "Pro Series" Piston Kits for Dirt Bikes, ATVs and UTVs
JE Pistons has released new “Pro Series” forged pistons for popular 250cc and 450cc 4-stroke motorcycles and ATVs. These pistons are available off-the-shelf for manufacturers such as Honda, Kawasaki, KTM, Suzuki and Yamaha. Pro Series piston designs were originally created for professional teams in AMA Supercross, Motocross and the Pro ATV Championship, but are now available to the public. Every JE Pro Series piston features a dedicated 2618 aluminum alloy forging specific to each application for reduced weight. In addition, internal and external bracing is used to maximize strength. Both 2 ring and 3 ring piston designs are available for most applications. Premium wrist pins, wire locks and JE Pro Seal Piston rings are included.

FEA tested to provide a stronger and more rigid platform, new F.S.R. pistons for 1988+ B16, 1994+ B18 / B20 feature radius-cut valve reliefs, optimized quench, double forced pin oilers, accumulator grooves, and accept 1.0, 1.2, and 2.8mm rings.
